The air conditioning units at the Newlands Arm Community Centre have been replaced.  Despite servicing undertaken by NARRA the previous two Conia units had reached end-of-life and were actually under capacity for the large hall area.

The new Daikin XL Premium Series Inverter units have greater capacity at 9.4kW (Cool), 10.3kW (Heat), are quieter and more efficient. These units use R32 refrigerant that has increased energy efficiency and a significant reduction in ‘Global Warming Potential Factor’.
