AGM Rule changes and the election results

At the Annual General Meeting we voted to change the voting Nomination period and the number of Ordinary Committee Members we can have in our Rule of Association.

Section 51 Nominations (1b) for committee , the nomination notice to change from 28 days to prior to the START TIME on the day of the Annual General Meeting.
Hence a candidate can come to the AGM and nominate prior to the start time of the AGM by handing a nomination form to the Secretary,

who will announce the Nomination at the time of the new Committee is to be voted upon.

Secondly; to change Section 44 Composition of Committee to be not less than one and no more than 8 members elected under rule 53.
